Same physical size and weight as YS 91FZ but produces 5% to 8% more power. Utilizes YS's proven supercharged fuel-injection system that uses crankcase pressure, the disc valve system and a dual throttle valve to supercharge the fuel mixture. Two-needle carb with regulator adjustment. The new FZ-S engines sports even more power than before with relocated regulator for better cooling, rear bearing, and ring-sealed crankcase for more boost.

The new YS 1.40 Sport is now available. This engine replaces the YS 1.20 FZ which was discontinued in early 2002. It is an exceptionally easy engine to operate with smooth running characteristics and the ability to run well on fuel in a variety of nitro percentages. However, we still recommend YS 20/20 fuel for best results. It is the same physical size as the 1.20 it replaces.
