Orders placed on our website will be shipped from our warehouse in Columbus, Ohio. Most orders will be shipped the same day or next working day. Please contact us for special shipping requirement.  No orders will ship on Saturday or Sunday from the US warehouse.  Any orders placed after 2pm local time on Friday in Ohio will ship on Monday.  Unless otherwise stated in the product description for particular items.

We do not accept orders to be delivered to forwarding companies, unless the address and buyer is confirmed and verified via PayPal payment. Any this kind of orders paid by credit card or unverified PayPal account will be cancelled and refunded without notification.

Shipping charge is calculated according to weight, dim weight, and distance.

We ship out order by US Postal Service, UPS, or DHL. Shipping methods and costs can be found at check out step.

We are not allowed to ship lithium iron or LiPo batteries internationally. Any international order containing these batteries will be either cancelled or the battery will be removed from the order.

Domestic orders containing lithium ion or LiPo batteries will be shipped by ground method only, such as UPS ground. No expedited shipping method via air is allowed by the regulations.

We do not ship orders to shipping forwarding companies. An order that shows this kind of address will be cancelled without notification to a customer.
