     OMP has taken the very popular 65" Yak 54 and updated the construction using all the latest proven techniques and methods. We've also changed the outline to the YAK 55SP style which offers a slightly longer tail moment and sleek styling. The result is a totally new airframe which flies as good as it looks. Even more stable than it's predecessor and equally as capable. BRILLIANT!

ARFs Include: Complete hardware pack, anodized T6 aluminum landing gear, genuine Ultracoat covering, and PRE-Installed tail servo wires!!!

     The Yak 55SP Profile is as easy to handle as a trainer yet still possesses the tenacity of a top competitor. Unlimited 3D capabilities are just "fun and games" for the Yak-55SP Profile. Just look at the quality parts you get with this OMP ARF:  T6 aluminum gear, real Ultracoat covering, premium hardware, and pre-installed tail servo wires!

   
     The new Yak-55SP Profile is designed to fill the gap between our popular .46 size fun flys and our exciting Giant Scale Edge 540 Profile. With a popular .75 to 1.20 size two-stroke engine, the Yak-55SP unleashes a new era of flying for this size aircraft. Designed completely from the ground up, the new YAK incorporates new airfoils and a unique planform which make for a surprisingly stable and docile aircraft suitable for even the beginner aerobatic pilot. Yet with high performance engines and maximum throws, the wildest 3d maneuvers are made easy.
     OMP planes are designed for hard work and long lives. Construction is a durable all wood built up wings and tail feathers. An all new fuselage construction utilizes the proven double composite I-beam construction introduced by the Fusion series aircraft. The wing panels are removable for easy transportation. And just like all OMP Profiles, the rudder and elevator servos are mounted in the tail for rock solid control authority and zero slop.
